I have completed my B.E in ECE and i'm interested in mobile/wireless communication and i would like to under take an course in the any of the field that belong to the mobile/wireless communication.I need to know what courses will to do best and have a bright future.

The best choice is to go through GATE examination and secure seat in M.E/M.Tech.
There are many courses which you can try out from ECE stream and wireless communication is also included as one of the M.E/M.Tech courses.The scope for courses like VLSI Design, Control Systems, Wireless Communication are high now a days.You can even take up post graduate diploma courses for 1 year if your interested to learn about Wireless Communication.

Some of the Government companies which recruit M.Tech ECE graduates are ISRO, DRDO, BEL, BHEL, HAL.etc

There are various other exams which you can attend conducted by UPSC and SSC Boards conducted by Railways,Defense Service and Civil Aviation sector.You can even go through the UGC NET examination if your interested in Junior Research Fellowship which is awarded for 2 years.The exam is held twice a year, i.e in the months of June and December. The notifications announcing the June and December examinations are published in the months of March and September respectively in the weekly journal of nation-wide circulation Employment News.

Sir, for m.tech just appear through the GATE if you will get good rank there may be chances of IITs for admission in m.tech.

After this you will be recruited by

AIRTEL
NHPC
NTPC
ISRO.

well..there are many courses right now which you can do after B.Ed.
courses on Telecommunications will help you a lot and will help you to enhance your practical knowledge of your subject if you do it from a good institute
but i would suggest you to do M.Tech because it will not help you in having a stronger grip on your subject but will also help you in getting a good job with high salary in a core company
do consider the advice.
