How we can go to mobile communication such as airtel bsnl as we are ece students

EC students have a particular advantage in this field various specialization can get you jobs, since Airtel by far is leader in Tower set-ups and BSNL is in Govt sector. Any specialization in optimization of signal or communication cycle process will fetch you your desired jobs!! All the best!

BSNL JTO exams will be conducted. You must know the good concepts of basic ECE subjects. If you cleared then you will get job in BSNL.

In order to get a job in the technical/RF side you have to be good in the communication side such as good knowlege about GSM,CDMA,WCDMA etc.
You can also get a job in the core network/switching side ifs you have good knowlege in computer networks/networking.
Radio Planning and Optimisation is the best and most preffered job by employees but is very challenging.
