Dear Sir, I Madhumanti Sen, have applied for SC certificate at the office of the concerned section of BDO Rajpur-Sonarpur in July 2011, my application receipt no. is 725. I being directed to check for the same in December 2011, but till January 2012 the certificate has not issued. I want to know that how long it will take to issue it. I am studying/staying at Dum Dum and can't visit the BD Office frequently. Your needful attension would be always appreciated. Regards.
