If you want to join Indain Navy through NDA Exam.
NDA stands for National Defense Academy.NDA Examination are conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year. The minum qualication is 12th class in science background.

NDA Examination is conducted in 3 wings:

• Indian Army
• Indian Navy
• Indian Air Force

Eligibility Criteria:

>>> The candidate must have to pass 12th class from a recognized university.

>>> And the final year of 12th class students also to apply for this NDA Examination.

>>> The age limit in between 16.5 to 19 years.

>>> The candidate must be unmarried male person and medically fit.

>>> The candidate must be citizen of India.

The science students are eligible for three wings.

One can join Indian Navy basically in two ways depending upon his qualification through appearing:-

NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY
COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE

Both NDA & CDS are conducted by UPSC twice every year for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.

ELIGIBILITY FOR INDIAN NAVY OF NDA:-

-The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male
-Should have either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board.
-Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age
-Should have possessed good Physical Fitness

ELIGIBILITY FOR INDIAN NAVY OF CDS:-

-The candidate must be an unmarried Indian male
-Should have either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or B.Tech. from a recognised University
-Should be within the age of 19 to 22 years of age
-Should have possessed good Physical and Mental health.

Apart from this the aspirants for NDA and CDS has to maintain a standard Physical fitness as prescribed.
