what dose ITI stand for and what dose it mean...please tell me

ITI stands for Industrial Training Institutes & "Industrial Training Centers"
it is a training institute which provide training in technical field and constituted under Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGET),
Ministry of Labour & Employment,
Union Government of India

The objective of opening of ITI is provide technical manpower to industries

First of all i would like to say that ITI stand for many thing , in which field you wanted first you mention . Then it will be easy for me to make you understand what ITI exactly stand for .But from my knowledge ITI stand for :

Indian Telephone Industries.
Industrial Training Institutes.
Information Technology and Informatics.
Institute of Translation and Interpreting.
International Trading Incorporated.
Instructor Training Institute.
