I am M.Com. 44% with MBA 68% from Sikkmim Manipal University and also i have 22 years experience in Finance and Accounts in a Private Companies.What is the processes of c.a admission? Will i also be attend artical ship or any concession for me ?. Kindly suggest me.

There is nothing to worry about the Chartered Accountancy course. This course has three stages:

>>Common Proficiency Test.

>>Integrated Professional Competence course.

>>Final course.

Any candidate who has done 10+2 from a recognized board can appear for the CPT exam. This is the entry level test of CA course.

As you have done master's degree in business administration with 68%, you are directly eligible for the second stage that is Integrated Professional Competence course.

According to the latest notification of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, candidate who has done bachelor's degree or master's degree in commerce stream with 55% and 60% in non commerce stream is directly eligible for the IPCC.

Candidates satisfying this criteria is exempted from CPT. So you are directly eligible for the IPCC. You can register for the IPCC exam which is usually held in November in the month of May.
