Is their any academic criteria till graduation is concidered for applying for GRE exams ..n also for doing MS in US??

No, there is no consideration of academic criteria till graduation in order to apply for GRE exam for admission in USA. However, the academic criteria will be considered during selection of students for admission by the US universities. The academic background of a candidate is also a parameter in the selection process by the US universities which is similar to the scores in the entrance exams. However, the academic criteria will not be of high preference if you score good marks in the entrance exams or have job experience.
