Yes, you are eligible for M.Arch in Abroad but you should qualify in GRE and TOEFL exam.

GRE stands for Graduate Record Examination. There are no specific eligibility criteria for GRE Test. This examination is open for all candidates who are willing to pursue higher degree in abroad.

TOEFL stands for Test Of English as Foreign Language. This exam is used to test the ability of a candidate in in Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking sections of English.

I am sorry to say this but you are not eligible for the course of M.Arch from Abroad after the completion of Civil Engineering.
You need to be a B.Arch Graduate to be able to apply for the course of M.Arch.
You can apply for the course of MS in Civil Engineering but you cannot apply for the course of M.Arch.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
