Re: Detailed information and qualifying marks of GRE?
GRE stands for Graduate Record Examination. This exam is used to test the ability of a candidate in Analytical, Quantitative and Verbal Reasoning sections. It is conducted for 340 marks. Every candidate, who attends the exam will receive 260 marks initially, without any test. And the exam is conducted for remaining 80 marks. And there is no qualifying in GRE exam, because it is not a competitive exam.
GRE Exam Pattern:- The GRE exam is conducted in three sections Section I:-(40 marks) 1) Verbal Reasoning i) Reading Comprehension ii) Text Completion iii) Sentence Equivalence Section II:-(40 marks) 1) Quantitative Reasoning Section III:-(6 points) 1) Analytical Writing Assessment i) Issue-Task essay ii )Argument-Task essays |
