Do a student studying in india of Cambridge Board (A Level) can get admission in government medical college in India after passing in AIPMT


I am Ramavtar, studying in a school in Surat city which follows Cambridge Curriculum . I am in 12 grade right now.My question was that if i clear AIPMT 2016 ,will i get admission in any Government college in India ???
Because people around me are telling ,,Government colleges doesn't give admission to a student from a Cambridge Board !
