There is no need of any entrance exam. That's because most of the universities in China offers MBBS admission without any entrance exam. So, try to select some universities and apply for them by sending Application Form and your duplicate certificates(Transcripts). Then the universities will verify your academic profile and they will offer you admission, if you are eligible as per university requirements. And the fee structure may cost around 3 Lakhs per annum.
