my child has studied medical from Russia and obtained m.d.Physician degree.what are scopes for him out side India. can he work in any other country ? What should he do to start earning and in which country where his degree is recognized? is it mandatory to clear some exam in every country to practice as doctor?

As you saying you child has obtained M.D. Physician degree from Russia and he want to work in abroad. In order to work in abroad as a Physician he will have to clear some entrance examination conducted by Medical Council of that country. However he can start practicing in Russia without appearing any entrance examination.

So is it mandatory to clear some entrance examination in every country to practice as Physician/Doctor.
