Dear Sir/Mam,
I'm an Ophthalmologist from India.Im very much interested to get trained in Germany ,a fellowship program,in unversities like,Heidelberg,Charte,Berlin.( i do not mind doing a post graduate course once again there)
1)Is knowing German language ,a must ?
2)what is the proceedure for admission?
3)If not fellowships, are there any short term programs available, so that when im back home they add value to my skills?
4) If nothing is possible ,at least can i visit the universities as a visitor or as an observer there?
