Whether Islamic Studies of Iran is taught according Shia's faith and believes?

Dear Sir/Madam,
My son wants to do Islamic Studies in Iran. We are Muslims and belongs to Sunni category but I have heard that in Iran, Shia Muslims lives. So, if my son wants to do Islamic Studies from Iran then they taught according to their believes or faith?
