Whether SAT and TOEFL enough to get admission for BS Degree in Abroad?

I want to attend SAT and TOEFL exams. I want to know that both exams are enough for getting admission in BS degree in Abroad? Please help me out in them.

Yes, both the exams - SAT and TOEFL is enough to get admission in abroad for the BS degree course. However, you need to keep in mind that all the universities/colleges in abroad do not accept TOEFL score, instead accept IELTS score. So you need to make sure that the institute in which you want to enroll, accepts TOEFL score. There might interview round in addition to scores in the the entrance exams which will be taken into account for admission in BS course in abroad.
