The application form of Dr DY Patil Institute All India Entrance Test has to be submitted through online method only. Therefore, there is no need to collect application forms from post offices or to download from any web portals. The notification about the entrance examination will appear on the official website of Dr Dypatil Institute along with that in leading newspapers.

Instructions to be followed while filling in form

The aspirants should be careful about the following while filling the application form.

• All columns must be filled in capital letters
• The aspirants have to take a demand draft before filling the application form. There is a column in the application to mention the number, date, and the name of the bank from where the DD is taken. There is no specification of this kind of information for applicants who are paying the fee amount through online methods such as credit/ debit card.
• The examination centre for the written entrance exam must be noted clearly in the application form.
• The name and date of birth specified in the application must be in same as that specified in the High School certificates.
• A soft copy of the photo is to be included in the application form. Application forms without photo will be rejected.
• Fill the application form completely.
• There is no need to submit any documents along with this application for general candidates. Aspirants coming under backward class have to keep a copy of the caste certificate along the application.
• A hardcopy of the application form is to be maintained with the aspirant after submitting the application for future reference.

Exemptions to be taken care while filling in form

The aspirant has to take care of some exemptions while filling the application form. The qualification criteria for this entrance test are a pass on XII class with 50% marks. Those candidates who are coming under SC/ST have given 10% relaxation in marks. The application fee for this entrance test is Rs. 2000/-.

Last date for receipt of applications

The application forms have to be filled and submitted through online mode before 12 May. If the aspirant fails to do so, there is provision to submit late application within 2 days of the deadline date. While submitting the late application, the aspirant has to pay a penalty of Rs. 500/-

Acknowledgement of exam application form

Acknowledgement of receipt of application form is informed through Email from the office of the College. Most probably, this will happen within 30 days. In case the aspirant fails to receive the acknowledgement Email, they can contact the office section of the college for further enquiry.
