The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi is a premier institute for engineering and technology, based in India, and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Engineering and Technology, along with post graduate and doctoral research options and fellowships in its campus. The official website of IIT Delhi contains various links to all the information related to the institute and its activities.
The home page of the site is comparatively simpler to the websites of other IITs, however it has not compromised on productivity due to this. Various links are properly structured and is placed at proper place for users to detect. The make of the website is such that it can be easily loaded in any sort of connection speeds, and hence lays the high efficiency of the site. It has a search option as well, which optimizes Google search in order to find out the respective pages of interest in its website, along with a sliding Marquee display for important announcements. On the right had side is a bar which consists of important links that may interest the user, in a categorized pattern. The website has a professional look with a traditional feel.
Various Sections
On the right had tab, various links include Academic Calendar, Recently Visited Pages, Administration, Jobs at IIT, Training and Placement, Central Facilities, This fortnight in IITD, and Tender Notice. On the bottom of the home page there are links connecting to Directory, Awards , Check mail, Eklavya, INDEST, SCFBio@IITD and the PG Website. Further there are specialized sections for Forthcoming events, Latest at IIT Delhi, Student Activities, Research Activities, Admission Tests, and Honors and Awards. The Admission Tests section contains links to the JEE, GATE, JAM and JMET websites.
Overall the website features the standard requirements of an institute and is helpful in order to get information regarding all activities of the campus.

i want to ask u that, i have done a mistake in filling my IIT form , sir the mistake is that i have written my cast with my own name and my mother’s name and in father’s name i.e in tenth certificate my name is koel rani and i had written koel jindal, and my mother’s name is kavita rani and i had written in iit form is kavita jindal and my father’s name is in tenth certificate is subodh kumar jindal and i had written in the form is subodh jindal so, sir what can i do now??
