Indian Economic Service Exam General Economics-Paper II Papers
Considering the fact that you are writing an exam to get yourself a place in the Indian Economic Service Exam, it goes without saying that the General Economics paper would hold a lot of weight along with other papers. General Economics Paper of the IES Exam is divided into two papers, Paper I and Paper II. While paper I consist of General Economy Of the country, Paper II covers the remaining important aspects.
Basic Idea Of The General Economics Paper II
Basic idea should be very basic, and for that matter it will enough to say that the entire paper is divided into three sections, namely Section A, Section B, and Section C. And the question paper contains a total of 13 questions.
Well You Know The Paper Pattern, Better Will You Score
The Section A of the paper is subdivided into 9 parts of which 7 are to be attempted with a word limit of 50 words. Each question of this section contains7 marks. There are 9 questions in the Section B of the paper of which 7 are to be answered carrying 15 marks each. This section of the paper has a word limit of 150 words. Section C of the paper contains only 3 question out of which 2 are required to be answered correctly with a word limit of 500 marks. The maximum mark contained by each question of this section is 30.
Time Management
This is the trickiest part. You will be provided with 3 hours to write 200 marks of question paper. So, one very important thing is time management, and that you’d need to keep in mind all throughout those 3 years.
