Central Bank of India was founded on December 21, 1911 under the Government of India. There are more than thirty five hundred branches of the bank spreaded across the 27 states and three Union territories of the country. Job Profile:

Central Bank of India invites applications from eligible Indian Citizens for filling up the following Specialist Officers posts of Information Technology Officer, Agriculture Finance Officer, Rajsabha Adhikari (Hindi Officer), Law Officer and Security Officer. Interested candidates are required to follow all the eligibility conditions set for the following posts.

Posts under Junior Management Grade-I Scale:

1. Recruitment of Information Technology Officer:
No. of posts: 70 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in the concerned discipline from a recognized institute or university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

2. Recruitment of Agricultural Finance officer:
No. of posts: 400 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in the concerned discipline from a recognized institute or university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

3. Recruitment of Rajbhasha Adhikari (Hindi Officer):
No. of posts: 20 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in the concerned discipline from a recognized institute or university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

Posts under Middle Management Grade-I Scale:

4. Recruitment of Law officer:
No. of posts: 43 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in the concerned discipline from a recognized institute or university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

5. Recruitment of Security Officer:
No. of posts: 33 posts are available.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in the concerned discipline from a recognized institute or university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.

Selection Process:

The selection process for all the above specified positions is consist of two different stages:

i. Competitive Written Examination, and
ii. Personal Interview test/ Group Discussion.

Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be allowed to appear in the Written Test. Successfull candidates of the written test will then be shortlisted for appearing in the interview test with the selection committee.
