BEML Limited is a famous company which is also known as Bharat Earth Movers Limited. The company was formed in the year 1964. The Company was established as a Public Sector Undertaking for manufacturing Rail Coaches & Spare Parts, Mining & Construction Equipment, Aerospace, Dredger and Defence equipments. At present, 54 percent of total equity of the Company is owned by the Government of India, and the remaining 46 percent is held by Public, Financial Institutions, Foreign Institutional Investors, Banks and Employees.

Job Profile:

BEML Limited invites online applications from eligible Indian Nationals for making recruitment on the post of ITI Trainees and Diploma Trainees in its various manufacturing units at Mysore, Bangalore, KGF, Palakkad and Marketing Division. The posts are available for only Other Backward Catgeory candidates and Scheduled Tribes category candidates.

Eligibility:

OBC category candidates should not have age more than 28 years for applying on the posts of ITI Trainees and Diploma Trainees in BEML Limited. The maximum age limit set for the ST category candidates is 30 years. Candidates should not be more than the prescribed maximum age limit set for the posts.

Educational Qualification:

For the post of ITI Trainees: Candidates should possess SSLC with atleast 60% marks (OBC) or 55% marks (ST) in aggregate. Candidates are also required to possess NAC certificate in the concerned trade.

For the post of Diploma Trainees: Candidates should possess Diploma in Engineering with atleast 70% marks (OBC) or 65% marks (ST) in aggregate. Candidates should have done Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile or Electrical trade only. Candidates are required to done diploma from any institution recognized by State Board of Technical Education.

No. of posts: Total 61 posts are available.

ITI Trainees: 40 posts are available (OBC-30 and ST-10).
Diploma Trainees: 21 posts are available (OBC-17 and ST-4).

Pay Scale:

ITI Trainees: Consolidated salary of Rs. 4000 per month.
Diploma Trainees: Consolidated salary of Rs. 4500 per month.

Application Fee:

Interested candidtes should pay Rs. 100 as application fee. ST and PWD candidates are not required to paythis application fee. The payment of application fee must be done by the means of a payment challan which can be easily downloaded from BEML website. The payment must be done in State Bank of India in the BEML Account No. 31006750220.

Selection Process:

A written test followed by a Personal interview test comprises the entire selection process for the posts of ITI Trainees and Diploma Trainees in BEML Limited. Intimation regarding both written test and interview test will be sent only through e-mail only. Candidates should have a valid e-mail ID.
