Karnataka Public Service Commission Exam Books

i am Bilyansidha,a resident of Maharashtra state and qualified K-SET exam in English subject. if i want to apply for the post of lectureship in Karnataka Government colleges, could you tell me the criteria(non-residential) for non-karnataka candidates. However i have minimum speaking proficiency in Kannada language. i am quite confused about the eligibility criteria.
