Candidates are allotted to the particular courses from the rank list which is obtained through Kerala Post Graduate Entrance Examination. Structure of Kerala PG Ayurveda Test

The exam consists of two papers. The time allotted for each paper is about two hours. Each paper consists of 150 objective types multiple choice questions.

Eligibility Criteria

The Candidate should be of Indian origin. The candidate’s age should not be more than 45 years. The age relaxation for SC/ST candidates is five years. Candidate should possess a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine from the University of Kerala or from any recognized Universities with not less than 50% for both theory and practical papers separately. The candidates are eligible to appear for the post graduate entrance test in Ayurveda only if they have completed the internship successfully.

How to Apply?

The candidates those who wish to apply can obtain the application form from the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. The forms are available from the second week of August. Candidates those who belong to the general category should make a payment of Rs 1000/- at any branch of State Ban k of Travancore by filling up the challan which has been downloaded along with the application form. The original challan should get signed by the authorities of State Bank of Travancore and should be enclosed along with the duly filled application form. SC/ST candidates need to pay only Rs 500/- against the application fees. The entrance fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

How to fill the form?

The instructions for filling the application form are updated in the website. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before start filling the application form. Candidates those who are enrolling for the examinations must upload a passport size photograph in jpg format. After filling up the application form successfully the candidate should take a Xerox copy. Attach and sent it along with the attested copies of all the certificates and fee receipt to the given contact address.

Score Validity

The score obtained through Kerala Post Graduate Ayurveda test is valid for one year. If the candidate has not taken an admission against the allotted seat, then he/she has to reappear for the entrance exam that is being conducted the next year.
