The columns or spaces with ‘ * ’ marking are mandatory and candidate should not fail to fill those columns. Registration number and password will be provided to the candidates. Note down those because they are important and will be needed for future references. Candidate should not fail to write the branch code and transaction number on the Challan. The candidates will get the Challan only after paying an amount of Rs. 400 by the general candidates and Rs50 by the reserved candidates.
