M.Sc in Food Technology
The course allows for a great deal of exposure in the methods of analysis of food processing as well as several methodologies that are involved. From the analysis of raw material to the checking of the packing standards along the study of parameters of the health and hygiene prospects, the course of Food Technology at the Post Graduation level offers all.
Eligibility Criterion:
The candidates have to be a citizen of India and should have achieved a minimum of 50% in their School Leaving Exam. The candidate does also have to undertake the subject of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their 10+2 level. The candidate’s age, physical as well as mental state is assessed during the admission procedure.
Course Duration:
The post graduate level of food Technology is of two years in duration, with the entire length of course been divide into four paper, spanning to six months in duration each.
