The Maithili Paper III is a 200 mark paper expected to be answered in the fixed time duration of two and half hours. There are short answer questions and big essay type questions in the paper. The total number of questions in the booklet is 26. There are a variety of questions in the paper. They include prose, poetry and composition. All questions carry different marks which are mentioned alongside each question.

There are internal choices given in most questions. The paper III is available in the language itself and has to be answered in the same way. You should always support your answers with a good introduction, middle paragraph and a conclusion in order to get good marks. You should cite relevant examples and case studies wherever possible. It is important to follow the word limit for each question.

The paper could turn out to be a lengthy one in case you tend to exceed the word limit too much. It is very important to solve the previous years’ papers to know what questions are likely to be asked and the exact pattern of the same. Before giving the NET exam try giving a few mock tests as well.
