Job Profile:

Bank of Baroda is inviting application from eligible and qualified candidates for filling up the vacant posts of Probationary Officers. Only eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the post of Probationary Officer. Only those candidates, who have taken CWE for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by IBPs in 2011.

Eligibility:

Interested candidates must strictly follow the age criteria set for the posts of Probationary Officers in Bank of Baroda. Candidates are required to have age more than the prescribed minimum age limit but not more than the prescribed maximum age limit set for the post. There may be relaxation provided in the maximum age limit to the reserved categories candidates as per the rules of Government of India.

Educational Qualification:

The minimum educational qualification that is need to be possessed by the candidates for applying for the post of Probationary Officers in Bank of Baroda is Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates having qualification less than Graduation are not eligible to apply for the specified posts of Probationary Officers. Besides the minimum educational qualification, candidates must also have taken the CWE for probationary Officers/ Management Trainees conducted by IBPS in 2011.

Minimum CWE Score for General and OBC candidates: 125 maks.
Minimum CWE Score for Scheduled Caste/ Scehduled Tribes candidates: 125 maks.

No. of posts: Total 600 posts are available.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the consolidated amount of salary i.e. Rs 14500-25700 per month.

Application Fee:

Candidates will have to pay the application fee of prescribed amount before applying online at the Bank’s website. The payment must be done in cash with the help of a payment challan form which can be downloaded from the official website of bank. Selection Process:

Eligible candidates will shortlisted for the Personal Interview Test on the basis of their CWE scores in IBPS. Only those shortlisted candidates will be allowed to appear in the interview test with the Selection Commitee.

How to apply: Eligible candidates are advised to apply online at the website of Bank of Baroda only. Candidates will be allowed to apply online from 21 February 2012 onwards. Candidates should apply online on or before the last date for the reciept of online application.
