Job profile: The candidate would have to handling inbound calls and resolve customer queries. The person would be required to work in rotational shifts including night shifts. The candidate has to reply to the mails from client’s customers, communicate verbally or in writing with the customers and resolve their queries.

Qualifications: Graduation from any stream is a must for this position. The candidate must be excellent in verbal & written English. Good Knowledge in Operating System is also required. The candidate must have good typing speed & keyboard skills.
