Job profile: The candidate would be required to handle incoming calls from the companies US and UK clients and resolve the company’s client’s queries. The candidate shall have to work in rotational shifts which include night shifts as well. The person would be required to reply to the mails from client’s customers, communicate over the phone or mail the client’s customers and resolve their queries.

Qualifications: Graduation from any stream is a must for candidates applying for this post. The candidate must be excellent English speaking skills, good knowledge of Operating System. The candidate must have a good typing speed of over 25 wpm.

Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience preferably in an International call center
