Job profile: The candidate would be taking inbound Queries from the Clients Customers regarding Technical problems faced by them for the Clients products and services supported by the company. The candidate would have to work in rotational shifts in a 24 / 7 environment.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate preferably a (BSc (CS) or BCA) or a candidate with advance diploma in computer can also apply.
