Center for Mathematical Modelling and Computer Simulation (CMMACS) is located in the state of Bangalore. At present, Dr. Gangan Pratap is the Scientist in-charge of the centre. Center for Mathematical Modelling and Computer Simulation intiated an important program for the destructive later earthquake. The name of that important program was the modelling of crustal strain in the Indian Crust.

Job Profile:

Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age for applying for the posts of Project Assistant-II and Project Assistant-IV and should not be more than 28 years of age for the post of Project Assistant-III.

Educational Qualification: First class in M.Sc in Atmospheric Science/Physics.Mathematics/Statistics/Biology or equivalent.
Pay Scale: Rs. 12000/-

2. Recruitment of Project Assistant-III:
Posts Available: 6
Educational Qualification: First class in M.Sc in Atmospheric Science/Physics.Mathematics/Statistics/Biology or equivalent.
Pay Scale: Rs. 14000/-

3. Recruitment of Project Assistant-IV:
Posts Available: 4
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science/Physics.Mathematics/Statistics/Biology or equivalent.
Pay Scale: Rs. 20000/-

Selection Procedure:

Selections will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written examination. Only candidates with good performance in the examination will be considered for the selection.
