Haryana Space Applications Centre was established under the Department of Science & technology, Government of Haryana. The main idea behind the establishment of the centre was to impart training and education in RS & GIS. The centre also undertake and promote the reserach and development in the field of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System. The centre was actually incorporated as a nodal agency in the state of Harayan in the field of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System. Monitoring and managing the natural reources and environment in the state, is also one of the prime objective of the centre.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the following vacant positions of Revenue Expert, Survey Expert, Research Associate, Project Fellow etc in Haryana Space Applications Centre depending on their educational qualification and experience in the relevant field.

1. Recruitment of Revenue Expert:
No. of posts: Only 1 post is available.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 65 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be a retired experienced Revenue Expert not below the rank of Tehsildar.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 40000.

2. Recruitment of Survey Expert:

Age Limit: Upper age limit is 65 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be a retired Survey Expert as Office Surveyor from Survey of India.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 40000.

3. Recruitment of Research Associate:

Age Limit: Upper age limit is 40 years.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Civil Engineering/ Remote Sensing/Geoinformatics from a recognized university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 18000.

4. Recruitment of Project Fellow:
No. of posts: Only 4 posts are available.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 40 years.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Civil Engineering/ Remote Sensing/Geoinformatics from a recognized university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 12000.

5. Recruitment of Project Assistants:
No. of posts: Only 8 posts are available.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 40 years.
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication/ Civil Engineering/ Remote Sensing/Geoinformatics from a recognized university.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 11000.
