The PSG College was established in the year 1951 and is located in Coimbatore. The founders of the college was PSG and Sons Charity trust, and the current status of the college is of a Government Aided Autonomous Institution, with courses and infrastructure Certified to the international standard ISO 9001. The college boasts of excellent development and education and is affiliated to the Anna University.

Admission Procedure
Admission can be obtained in B.Tech through giving the Tamil Nadu CET and appearing for the counseling of Anna University, for the PG course admission is obtained through a valid GATE or TANCET score.
