Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences was incorporated in the year 1993 under the Government of India. The institute resulted in compliance with the directives of the Honourable Supreme Court in reponse to a public interest litigation. The institute is actually an autonomous body funded by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and Government of NCT of Delhi. The institute is registered under the Societies Act 1860. Chief Secretary of Government of NCT of Delhi is the current chairman of the Executive Council of the institute.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the following vacant positions of Radiographer, Occupational Therapist, OT Technician, Medical Record Technician, Psycho Clinic cum Lab Assistant, Library Assistant and Junior Physiotherapist in Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences. The post will be filled on contract basis.

1. Recruitment of Radiographer:

Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary or equivalent with Science subjects is required.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 12171 per month.

2. Recruitment of Occupational Therapist:

4. Recruitment of Medical Record Technician:

Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized university is required.

5. Recruitment of Psycho Clinic cum Lab Assistant:

Educational Qualification: Graduation with Psychology honours from any recognized university is required.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 14858 per month.

6. Recruitment of Library Assistant Grade-III:

Age Limit: 30 years is the maximum age limit.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. degree or equivalent from any recognized university is required.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 20385 per month.

7. Recruitment of Junior Physiotherapist:

Age Limit: 30 years is the maximum age limit.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from any recognized university is required.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16867 per month.

Application Fee:

Candidates are required to submit the amount of application fee through the means of a demand drat only. SC/ST candidates have been exempted from paying the application fee. Rs. 150 is the amount of application fee that is need to be submitted by General and OBC categories candidates. The demand draft shoould be drawn in favour of Director, IHBAS, Delhi-95.
