RMLNLU 2011 BA LLB
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU) admits students to its BA LLB program on the basis of CLAT. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University is one of the 12 national law universities of the country. RMLNLU was established by an Act of Government of Uttar Pradesh in 2005 and came into being in January 2006.
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University is situated in the historical city of Lucknow. It is one the best institutes in the country for law education. There are 160 seats in its BA LLB program out of which 80 seats are reserved for Uttar Pradesh reserved category students. The Institute offers nothing but the best to the candidates who undertake admission within the course in terms of infrastructure as well as teaching staff. The Institute have great level of exposure within the practical front which helps the candidates to attain a state of excellence as well as quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with atleast 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories). Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply. Candidates have to duly provide a Certificate of Merit after two months of the admission to the concerned authority of the Institute. If failed, may result in cancelation of the seat of that respective candidate. Also a candidate should be under 20 years (22 years for reserved categories) before 1st July, 2011.
Availability of Application forms:
Since the admission to RMLNLU is through CLAT candidates need to apply for CLAT. Candidates can get the form of CLAT through designated branches of Indian Bank, State bank of India and all participating National Law Schools. Candidates can also download the form through the website www.clat.ac.in One can also get the forms of CLAT through the CLAT office by post by sending a demand draft along with the request for form.
