Job profile: The manager’s role would be to acquire new customers for the company thereby increasing customer base in size as well as in wealth accumulation through deposits. He has to maintain certain delivery and service standards. The manager would also be required to manage a sales team of 15 to 20 people and motivate them to achieve the set branch targets. He would also be required to cross sell companies products to existing set of Branch customers. The candidate would also be required to maintain complete Customer relationship records for future references.

Qualifications and Experience: The candidate must be a Graduate (Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration) with good leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must have a positive and self driven attitude. 2 - 7 Years in Financial services sector.
