ERNET India is a nation wide terrestial and satellite network which is also considered the largest one in the country. Besides providing connectivity, the company also aims to meet the entire needs of the educational and research institutions. The idea behind its establishment was to create expertise R&D and education in the country in the area of netwroking and internet in India.

Job Profile:

ERNET India is recruiting only eligible as well as suitable personnel on the posts of System Administrators. However, the recruitment of the candidates is to be made only on contract basis.

Eligibility:

Maximum age that should be attained by the candidates is 27 years. There is some years relaxation in age made available for the candidates who belongs to SC/ST and OBC category. But the relaxation will be provided only as per rules of Government of India.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have done Degree in Engineering or Technology and that too with first class. The degree should have been done in the streams of Electronics/Electrical/Electronics and Communication only. Candidates with Master’s degree in Physics can also apply for the post but exposure of the candidates in the area of Computer Communication is also must.

No. of posts: Only 9 posts are available in total. 5 posts out of the total posts are available for General category candidates. And the rest of the 4 posts are made available to the SC and OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 27000 will be provided to the selected candidates on monthly basis.

Application Fee:

Rs. 500 is the application fee that should be paid by the candidates if theyr want to apply on the specified post in ERNET India. However, the reserved category candidates are not required to pay any fee for the respective post. The fee is need to be deposited in any branch of bank of india to the A/s No. 604810100002033 of ERNET India.

Selection Process:

Only a personal interview test is what that is need to be cleared by the candidates, who are willing to join as System Administrators in ERNET India. Candidates should perform reasonably well for finalising their selections on the specified post of System Administrator. So, detailed preparation must be done by the interested candidates for it.
