Job profile: The candidate would be taking inbound Queries from the Clients Customers regarding Technical problems faced by them for the Clients products and services supported by the company. The candidate would have to work in rotational shifts in a 24 / 7 environment.
Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate preferably a (BSc (CS) or BCA) or a candidate with advance diploma in computer can also apply. The candidate must have a good Technical knowledge, Excellent Communication Skills and must have grammatically correct spoken and written English. Fresher with Excellent communication Skill can also apply.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in an International delivery center
Pay Scale: Rupees 1, 90, 000
