Structure of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University PG Medical Entrance Exam

Veer Narmad South Gujarat University PG Medical Courses Entrance Exam is a single paper test. The total time allotted for the entrance test is 3 hours. The objective model test includes 200 questions. Each correct answer carries 2 marks where as each incorrect one takes away half marks. No marks are deducted for unattended questions. The medium of the test is English.

Eligibility Criteria for Veer Narmad South Gujarat University PG Medical Courses Entrance Exam

Those candidates who have done MBBS degree are entitled to apply for the entrance test. The degree must be completed from any institution listed under Medical Council of India. The candidate should have completed their internship before applying for the course. Those who possess citizenship of India are only allowed to attend the examination. The candidate should score minimum 50% marks to get qualified in the entrance test. 40% marks is enough for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and SCEC category.

How to Apply?

The candidate can collect detailed information on admission and the application form from the official website of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. The application form can also be obtained from the accounts section of the University. The application must be filled by following the guidelines given on the notification. The candidate should pay a specific amount of fee before sending the application. The fee for collecting the application form is Rs. 100/- and that for attending the examination is Rs. 1200/-. This must be paid in the form of demand draft favoring the Registrar, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. After submitting the application successfully, each candidate will be provided with a receipt. This must be kept for future reference.
