Recruitment in Adobe is conducted on the basis of performance in aptitude test as well as personal interview. Candidates who have completed BE/ B.Tech in computer related subjects are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criterion

Candidates who wish to apply for campus placement are required to have good academic record from matriculation onwards. Those who have completed graduation in computer science subjects are eligible to apply. Candidates should secure a minimum of 60 % aggregate marks in graduation or post graduation. Candidates who have completed their studies in regular/ full time mode are only eligible to apply. Candidates are not supposed to have any backlogs. A maximum of one year break in candidate’s study is acceptable. Eligible candidates are required to apply through the official website of Adobe. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated via email or phone.

Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure in Adobe includes aptitude test and final interview. Aptitude test comprises of two papers. Candidates can expect multiple choice objective type questions in paper one. There will be a total of 45 questions in this section. Of these, thirty questions will be asked from quantitative aptitude and remaining questions will be asked from analytical reasoning. Candidates can expect simple arithmetic question on geometry, basic mathematics, data interpretation in aptitude section. Analytical Reasoning will contain questions such as pattern matching, odd one out and so on. There will be no questions in test of English Language.

Second paper will contain subjective questions. There will be a total of 20 questions in this section. First ten questions should be answered within a maximum time limit of thirty minutes. Candidates will be given 45 minutes to answer the remaining ten questions. Questions will be asked from topics studied in B.Tech course. There will be questions based on programming languages like Java, COBOL, Dot net etc. One can also expect questions from topics like Computer networking, Oracle apps, and database management.

Candidates who have scored good marks in aptitude test will be shortlisted for final interview. Candidates can expect questions about the basics of C & C++, operating system, recent developments in I T industry and project done. Apart from this, they will be asked questions to measure their technical proficiency and interactive skills. Candidate should answer questions without nervousness and to the point. Marks obtained in interview also contribute to the selection of the candidate. Final selection will be on the basis of performance in aptitude test as well as personal interview.
