I have done my diploma outside Maharashtra and couldn’t apply for admission this year because of a medical condition. I will not be able to submit a Domicile Certificate, and for that matter I would like to know if there is any possible way I could apply in VJTI for admission or if the college have any vacant seat available from the first year Non-Maharashtra quota and whether i can apply for that.
