M.A in Yoga Therapy

Under this course, one tends to study the various ways and methods of yoga therapy that can be applied in order to relax us from the developing stress. The course also includes the study of various kinds of postures on asana of Yoga that can help the body in relaxing the developing stress. The course also contains study of the healthy habits that are to be continued along with the practice of asanas to remain healthy and to benefit the body more.
One requires being at least a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in order to be eligible for the course of M.A in Yoga therapy.

The course duration of the course is 2 years. The 2 years is divided in to 2 parts of 1 year each.
