Krishi Vigyan Kendra was established in the year 1983 as a grassroot level vocational training centre in the State of Goa. It is a project of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. The major objective behind the establishment of the Kendra was to perform the testing and trasfer of the Agricultural technologies in order to bridge gap between the production. One of the prime objective of the kendra is to accelerate agricultural and allied production.
