Profile:

Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) was established in the year 2006 by ICAR at Sub-divisional agriculture farm near Rautara. Krishi Vigyan Kendra operates under the Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT). The major objective behind the establishment of the KVK was to provide a training institute in order to bridge the gap between the available technologies. One of the prime objective os the KVK is to accelerate agricultural and allied production through acquisition of appropriate technologies.

Job Profile:

Gramin Vikas Trust- Krishi Vigyan Kendra is making recruitment on the following posts depending on the educational qualification and experience required for the specified positions:

1. Recruitment of Programme Coordinator:
Age Limit: Maximum age limit set for the post is 45 years.
Educational Qualification: Doctoral degree in releavnt field of Agriculture/Horticulture etc with an experience of 4 years is required for the post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated amount of Rs. 12000-18300 per month will be paid to the selected candidates as salary.

2. Recruitment of Subject Matter Specialist:
Age Limit: Maximum age limit set for the post is as per norms of Jharkand.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Home Science/Horticulture from any recognized institute or university is required for the post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated amount of Rs. 4000-6000 per month will be paid to the selected candidates as salary.

3. Recruitment of Junior Steno-cum-Computer Operator:
Age Limit: Maximum age limit set for the post is as per norms of Jharkand.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Arts from any recognized institute or university is required for the post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated amount of Rs. 4000-6000 per month will be paid to the selected candidates as salary.

Selection Process:

The final selection for all the specified posts will be made strictly on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test as well as the personal interview session.
