The national Aptitude Test, NAT, is carried out by the SRDE’s Association of Higher Education Institutions. It is a national level examination aimed for the various undergraduate and post graduate professional aspirants. SRDE’s institutions are one of the well known institutes in the county in the field of higher education. A large number of institutes are affiliated under SRDE’s for the various programs and the admission process is controlled through the single window of NAT. The qualified candidates of NAT will get admission for various management and computer application programs in UG and PG levels.

Structure and Structure of SAHEI NAT

The question pattern for the UG and PG courses are different. Both of they examination is of objective type with suitable options. The UG question paper consists of 170 questions with two and half hour. The areas of the questions are

• English Comprehension & Language : 30 Questions
• General Knowledge: 40 Questions
• Non- Verbal & Verbal Reasoning: 30 Questions
• Numerical Ability: 30 Questions
• Socio- Economic Environment: 40 Questions

The PG entrance paper consists of 200 questions with 150 minutes. The topics covered under the examination is,

• Data Analysis: 40 Questions
• English Language Comprehension: 40 Questions
• Intelligence & Critical Reasoning: 40 Questions
• Quantitative Skills: 40 Questions
• Socio-Economic Environment: 40 Questions

Eligibility Criteria

For UG Program

The plus-two/equivalent candidates with minimum 50% marks in the final examination are eligible for taking eth NAT exam. The final year students can also take the exam but the score will be valid only if they clear the final board examination.

For PG Program

The graduate with 50% marks in the final examination carried out by the recognized university can take the common entrance test. The student going to sit the final exam can also take NAT exam.

How to Apply?

The application form for NAT is available in the chosen Axis bank branches with cash payment Rs.650/-. The candidates can get the form from the SAHEI outlets, New Delhi and can get the form by sending the request along with the DD of Rs.750/- in favor of SRDE institution.

How to fill the Form?

The instructions for filling the form is there in the prospectus obtained with the form. The applicants should carefully understand the booklet and fill the form by following the guidelines. The candidates must mention clearly the stream of the examination, whether UG or PG. The application form should be error free and the information given should be genuine. You don’t need to attach any document with the form and the filled for should reach eth SAHERI office before the closing time.
