Eligibility for Admission:

For the under graduation courses offered by the college, candidates must have completed their +2/higher secondary examination. For the MBA and MCA courses, candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university.

Admission Procedure:

For the MBA course, admission is based on MAT score/TANCET score obtained by the students followed by personal interview and group discussion. Admission to MCA course is made on the basis of TANCET/any other approved examination followed by GD and personal interview according to the norms issued by All India Council for Technical Education.

Placement:

Vel’s College of Science is one among the several other group colleges like Vel’s Pharmacy College, Engineering & Technology College, etc…and these colleges have an active centralized placement cell, which arranges for placement of students belonging to all the group colleges. The cell also takes the initiative of soft skill development of students completing their courses in the Vel’s Group of Colleges.
