This is a one year course andthere are two semesters.Someuniversities even offer a part-time course of two years. There are some universities which even offer Distance Learning Programs. Both theoretical and applied features of statistics are taught in this course and thus the students are capable of applying their logical and technical abilities to producefresh ideas and deliver solutions as well asinventions.Institutes also provide placement opportunities but to avail them a student should secure a minimum of 50% marks in each semester.
