The topics which are discussed under this paper are different factors responsible for financial decision, role of public limited company and proprietorship firm, capital market, commercial paper and other related aspects of financial management.

There is only one section in this paper containing a total of 72 questions.

Time and marks allotted:

The students are required to solve the question paper in the allocated time of three hours and the maximum no. of marks that can be secured in this paper is 100.

Paper Pattern:

The question paper is printed in English language. The total no. of questions contained by this paper is 72. All the questions of this paper are compulsory. The total time duration in which the question paper is to be solved is of three hours. All the questions of this paper are objective type with 4 options of which only one is correct. The candidates are provided with separate answer sheets for answering these questions. The maximum mark carried by each question is printed on the right side of the margin of the question paper. Options other than the correct one will be considered as the wrong answer and if more than one option is attempted it is also considered as wrong one.
