Andhra Bank was established by a multifaceted genius and eminent freedom fighter, Dr. Bhogaraju Pattabhi Sitaramayya. Andhra Bank invites online application from eligible candidates for the position of Technical Officer (MMGS-II) and some of the details regarding this position are given below:

Name of the position: Technical Officer (MMGS-II)

Number of Vacancies: 30 (SC – 5, ST – 2, OBC – 8 and UR – 15)

Pay Scale: Rs. 19400-28100. Approximate monthly salary inclusive of HRA, CCA, DA and basic pay at the beginning at metropolitan cities is Rs. 31270.

Eligibility requirement:

Educational Qualification: For the post of Technical officer (MMGS –II), candidates must be UG or PG degree holders in chemical/civil/electrical/mechanical engineering with not less 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA. In the case of candidates belonging to PWD/ST/SC/Ex-servicemen category a relaxation of 5% of marks is allowed.

Experience: Minimum three years working experience in a bank/financial institution in credit.

Selection procedure:

Selection of candidates for the position of Technical Officer (MMGS-II) will be based on written test and/or group discussion and/or interview. Bank has the right to decide whether written test/GD/interview should be held based on the nature of the position. Irrespective of the type of test conducted candidates must secure not less than 40% of marks (35% in the case of PWD/ST/SC candidates).

After submission of online application, candidates will have to take a printout of the system-generated registration form and should keep it safe for future use and this should be submitted at the time of examination if asked.
