Coffee Board of India was set up under an Act of Parliament of India in the year 1942. The coffe board actually performs all its functions under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. The main idea behind the establishment of this board is to focus on research, development, extension and makrket information of coffees in India. The board also conducts basic and applied research on coffee. The network of the board is spreaded in three main coffee producing state of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Job Profile:

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following positions of Subject Matter Specialist, Assistant Specialist, Research Assistant, Junior Liasion Officer and Assistant Extension Inspector in Coffee Board.

Application Fee:

An application fee of Rs. 150 is need to be submitted by the interested candidates. The prescribed amount of application fee is need to be submitted through the means of a Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order. The demand draft should be made in favour of Coffee Board General Fund, Non-Pant Account payable at Bangalore.

How to apply: Application in the prescribed format should be sent in accordance with the photocopies of date of birth certificates, educational certificates etc. Candidates must also enclose the demand draft of requisite amount of application fee alongwith the other specified enclosures in the envelope.
