Either you want to get a job in HR Field or tips to clear HR round? If you want to get a job in HR field just be perfect on your marketing and financial concepts and have a clear view about world's economy. i am 28 years old now i am entering bpo voice process field i got 6 y of experience in technical field but not growth in that field is this the right time for me to go to bpo job
